§ 1 General
The following general terms and conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries and other services. All subsidiary agreements require our written confirmation.
Power House International GmbH is entitled at any time to amend or supplement these general terms and conditions, including any annexes, with a reasonable period of notice and to adjust them to currency fluctuations. Orders received in advance will be processed according to the old general terms and conditions and prices still valid at that time.
§ 2 Offer
Our offers are non-binding. Minor deviations and technical changes to our illustrations or descriptions are possible.
§ 3 Delivery and payment
Dispatch is at the risk and expense of the buyer. No liability is accepted for delays, damage or loss during transport. Transport damage must be reported immediately by the recipient to the responsible transport company. There is no minimum order quantity. All our prices include the statutory value added tax. Power House International GmbH is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract if a supplier of Power House International GmbH is unable to deliver the ordered goods contrary to its contractual obligations. In this case, Power House International GmbH will immediately inform the customer or purchaser of the unavailability of the ordered goods. Partial deliveries are permitted and will be invoiced upon delivery. We deliver free of charge throughout South Africa from an order value of 5500 ZAR, otherwise the minimum costs for postage and packaging amount to 500 ZAR.

§ 4. right of return
Returns can only be made after consultation with our customer service. Returns will only be accepted by us if they have been sufficiently stamped.
§ 5 Data protection
Power House International GmbH will treat the data you provide us with confidentially and will only use it in accordance with data protection regulations. By submitting the order to us, you agree that the information you provide will be stored by Power House International GmbH and processed and used for the purpose of service provision and billing and, if necessary, forwarded to service providers commissioned for this purpose. You agree to be included in the newsletter list and SMS list, from which you can unsubscribe at any time.
§ 6 Warranty
On arrival, the customer must inspect the goods immediately for defects and condition. In the case of obvious defects, these must be reported to us in writing within 10 days of discovery, as must hidden defects. Otherwise the warranty for these defects shall be cancelled. The warranty period is 6 months from delivery. The article complained about must be sent in together with a copy of the invoice, with sufficient postage.
§ 7 Retention of title
The goods remain the property of Power House International GmbH until full payment has been received.
§ 8. place of jurisdiction
The place of fulfilment and jurisdiction for both parties is the registered office of Power House International GmbH. The law of the Swiss Confederation shall apply exclusively, till further notice.
